1. General Provisions
These terms of service govern the relationship between BioLabData ("Provider") and clients ("Client") who use our statistical analysis and consulting services.
2. Description of Services
BioLabData provides the following services:
- Statistical data analysis
- Scientific research consulting
- Preparation of statistical reports
- Assistance with publication preparation
3. Orders and Execution
3.1. An order is considered accepted after written confirmation from us.
3.2. Execution timelines are negotiated individually for each project.
3.3. Standard execution time is 5-10 business days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices are determined individually after reviewing data and requirements.
4.2. Payment is made by bank transfer or other agreed method.
4.3. Projects above a certain value may require advance payment.
5. Client Rights and Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete data
- Have rights to use the provided data
- Pay the agreed price on time
- Maintain confidentiality of communication
6. Provider Rights and Obligations
BioLabData agrees to:
- Perform analysis professionally and on time
- Maintain confidentiality of client data
- Deliver results in the agreed format
- Make reasonable corrections when necessary
7. Data Confidentiality
7.1. All data provided by the client is treated as confidential.
7.2. Data is used only for the purposes of the agreed analysis.
7.3. After project completion, data is deleted or returned to the client.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. The Client retains all rights to the provided data.
8.2. After full payment, the Client receives full rights to the prepared analyses and reports.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. BioLabData is not responsible for decisions made based on provided analyses.
9.2. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the paid service.
10. Revisions and Corrections
10.1. We include free revisions for comments from supervisors or reviewers.
10.2. Significant changes in project scope may require additional payment.
11. Termination
11.1. Either party may terminate cooperation with written notice.
11.2. Upon termination, work completed to date is paid for.
12. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
